Based on the principles of clean, balanced eating, your diet will be completely balanced to ensure you are consuming the correct amount of Water, Carbohydrate, Protein and Fat to meet your goals and activity level. You will assist in creating the Eating Plan to ensure that it is doable, that you like what you will be eating and that it works with your schedule. At the end of the session, you will know exactly what to eat, when to eat it and why you are eating it.
This is best suited for individuals who require tweaking to their current healthy diet in order to get the results they wish to achieve.
2 hour appointment – $225
Follow-up appointments provide important next steps, after the initial session of balancing the diet, to ensure the digestive system is functioning efficiently, to assess hormonal imbalances, and to determine if supplementation is necessary.
