After just a couple of months training with Julie, and focusing on better eating habits at home, I’ve already lost 12 pounds. I never thought I’d see results this fast, and am thrilled that I found a workout routine that’s effective, but also so much fun! Even with the best intentions, I’ve always found it easy to make excuses, avoid the gym and, instead, stay at home in my pyjamas. But with twice-weekly kettlebell classes, I’m not only accountable to my routine, but actually look forward to my 45 minute sweat-sessions. Thank you, Julie!
