Prior to joining a class, each individual has the benefit of attending an introductory training session. During the session, proper kettlebell form is reviewed as well as the proper execution of a number of kettlebell exercises. You will also perform a circuit so you will know exactly what to expect in a class setting. This provides you with an opportunity to try various weights and practice the exercises without worrying about trying to keep up with a class. The cost of the introductory training session is $20; however, if classes are purchased at the end of the session, the $20 is applied to the total cost of the classes.
Personal training sessions are booked individually at a time that is convenient for you.

As with any exercise, there is a risk of injury; however, at The Kettlebell Club, there is a strong emphasis on correct form and proper exercise execution. When an exercise is performed correctly with an appropriate weight, the muscles are worked correctly, and thus, they become stronger. If correct form is not emphasized and/or an individual is using a weight that is too heavy and does not allow them to maintain correct form, then the risk of injury greatly increases.
